We consider this restriction necessary to eliminate the risk of undesirable significant consequences due to linguistic misunderstandings. (Please note: custom-made products are generally excluded from exchange.)
Deliveries of production orders (handled in German language) to countries in other regions are of course possible at any time.
Accordingly, proficiency in the German language is a necessary prerequisite for inquiries and coordination when approaching a production order. This is also the reason why our website, as well as our further corporate communications are exclusively in German.
